We run transformational workshops that help people break free from negative self-talk, imposter syndrome, and burnout. We do 3 key types of workshops; mental health workshops, fitness sessions and board making sessions. Fitness sessions consist of a workout followed by a mental health workshop. We also run board-making sessions; predominantly on vision. These sessions also have a mental health workshop, combined with a boardmaking experience.
We predominantly run our workshops in person because we believe there is real power in bringing people together, IRL! If you’d like to hire us for a workshop, we do run them online and in person, and believe in the power of connection first and foremost. We also however want people all over to have access to the mental health support and tools that we provide. We do have an on demand platform, which you can access HERE
It’s a bit like group therapy - we lead with a workshop, with lots of opportunity for peer to peer learning and discussion. We have been compared to therapy, although it’s not something we set out to do, it is amazing to know that people are being impacted in this way. We work with trained psychological counsellors and therapists, and we’ve built a trusted network of professionals to refer you to if 1-to-1 support is needed. We're about creating brave, safe spaces for healing and breakthrough, without the clinical setting.
Nope! While we do find that our workshops often have many women, we are not solely just for women. If you’re ambitious, career-driven, and ready to grow, you’re in the right place. We have witnessed the power of men and women learning from each other in various mental health workshops, and believe that healing happens, when there is such an agenda of men vs women in today’s world. We need each other, and we are wired to live in community.
Yes! Our workshops are powerful and radically help shift people’s mental health and imposter syndrome, but sometimes people need further one to one support, which is where mentoring comes in. Our mentoring is designed in an entirely bespoke way, led by what the mentee needs in the session and also the season of life they are in. Whether you need help navigating your career, overcoming limiting beliefs, or simply want someone who’s been there before, mentoring can help you unlock your full potential.
Mentoring is our one to one support service at modelme. We are passionate about helping people unlock access to the tools they have - we believe they already live inside of you. Sometimes, we need to journey side by side with someone who can help us stay accountable to the tasks and goals we set for ourselves. These sessions are high-energy! A brilliant combination working on the mind and body. We start with workouts like strength training or pilates, to release stress and boost body confidence. Then we run a workshop on a specific topic, and these sessions are similar to our mental health workshops, but slightly shorter and typically involve more community discussion and peer to peer learning. You’ll leave feeling empowered, clear, and reconnected to your body and mind.

Our specialised subjects are burnout, self-image and building confidence, avoiding stress, and overcoming imposter syndrome. We also run boardmaking sessions, which is great for team building, and fitness sessions for teams who also want the more physically active style workshop.
