Our values

Transformation over Information

We don’t just teach - we guide people through change. Every workshop, event and mentoring session is designed to create real, lasting transformation in mindset, identity, and self-belief.

 Identity First, Then Vision

Before goals and strategies, we start with who you are. Knowing your worth, values, and voice is the foundation for everything else in life, career, and leadership.

Caring for Your Mind is Essential

People need practical tools to manage their mental health, protect their minds from negative thoughts and self-talk, and guard their hearts against the seeds of self-doubt and disbelief.

Connection is the Catalyst

Healing happens in community. We believe in the power of peer-to-peer learning, shared vulnerability, and human connection, because we are wired for connection. You were never built to do life alone.

Holistic & Honest

We integrate the mind, body, and heart. From fitness to self-image, from burnout to boundaries, we bring a holistic approach to growth, with no fluff, just practical tools and brave spaces.

Our founder's story

“Disgusting” - How one word shaped Natasha’s sense of self

Watch the video to hear Natasha’s story - how body dysmorphia led to imposter syndrome, and eventually burnout.

Natasha anchored her self-worth in achievement, chasing validation through work. So when her modelling agent called her “disgusting,” the words crippled her. The real damage was that she believed the words, letting someone else’s opinion change the course of her life and the decisions she made.

If you’re more of a reader, you can read the story below

NATASHA'S STORY IN WORDS

The Power of Words
I, Natasha, started modelling in 2016, and a year later, I moved to Milan to work a season there. On my second day, my agency called me “disgusting” and said I was “too big” to be a model. What they said to me was horrific - but the crucial thing is that I believed them. My self-worth and validation came from what my modelling agency thought of me. That was the beginning of my struggle with body dysmorphia. I used to call myself grotesque, and that quickly turned into imposter syndrome - feeling like I didn’t belong in any space. I gave so much power to the words they spoke over me. I chased approval and sought validation in the wrong places. I did awful things to my body, desperate to feel good enough.
the Turnaround Moment
What started with body image issues became something bigger - imposter syndrome took over. I felt like I didn’t belong anywhere, and it crept into fears that I wouldn’t be loved or achieve any of the things I dreamt of. No role ever felt like I was truly qualified for it. I became addicted to working, hoping achievement would make me feel worthy. But it didn’t. I ended up stuck in a nasty cycle of burnout, and after about a year of living like that, something in me started to wonder if other people felt this way too. Once I opened up about my imposter syndrome… I realised so many others struggle with this as well. My desire to help others overcame my desire to be validated by an industry I never felt good enough for.
The driving force Behind modelme
My story is why I created modelme, because you don’t have to live with toxic self-talk or imposter syndrome. I believe that with the right tools, you can discover ways to manage your mental health better. We are wired for connection, and we need community - but we need the right community. People who will encourage and challenge us. And we, as people, also need to learn how to communicate the things we suffer with mentally - so we can get the help we need. Not in a way that constantly seeks external validation, but in a way that creates real growth and freedom. Modelme exists to remind you that your worth isn’t something you have to earn. You don’t have to shrink to be accepted. You don’t have to live under the weight of someone else’s opinion. There is freedom on the other side of those lies. And with modelme, we’ll help you find freedom in your identity, and live life to your full potential.
