Discover how the way you see yourself shapes your confidence and learn tools to build a stronger sense of self-worth from within.
Tuesday 7th April
6:45pm - 8:30pm
Soho House, 76 Dean Street, W1D 3SQ
Join Natasha Minter, founder of modelme, for a reflective and practical workshop exploring the powerful connection between self-image and confidence. The way we see ourselves quietly shapes how we show up in our careers, relationships, and everyday decisions... Often more than we realise.
Drawing from her personal journey overcoming body dysmorphia and years of mentoring ambitious women struggling with imposter syndrome and negative self-talk, Natasha will guide members through an honest exploration of the beliefs influencing their self-image. Through discussion and reflective exercises, you’ll uncover where these beliefs were formed, how they may be limiting your confidence, and how to begin building a more grounded sense of self-worth.
This session is designed to help you move beyond appearance-based validation and external expectations, and instead develop a stronger internal foundation for confidence. Attendees will leave with practical tools to challenge unhelpful inner narratives, strengthen their sense of identity, and show up in the world with greater clarity and self-assurance.
