Each Fitness Event begins with an energising group workout, ranging from strength training to pilates, and flows into a powerful, condensed mental health workshop.
The physical movement helps participants release tension, lower defences, and shift into a mindset ready for deeper emotional reflection and reset.
This unique blend of sweat and self-awareness leaves people feeling stronger, both physically and mentally.
