Description

In this grounding and restorative workshop, employees will explore the root causes of burnout, beyond workload, including how internal beliefs, people-pleasing, and hustle culture silently fuel chronic stress and exhaustion.Through guided reflection and open conversation, participants will learn to recognise early warning signs of burnout, redefine their relationship with rest, and establish healthier work-life boundaries that protect both wellbeing and performance.
